Yes. I am a motivational speaker and as a result, I speak at various international and local events. I speak on self-improvement, leadership and mindset. Do you have an event coming up and you need a speaker? Kindly, fill my public speaking request form.

Not at all! I welcome clients from anywhere in the world as long as you’re proficient in the language I speak (English). In fact, about 70% of my clients reside in other countries. Geography isn’t a barrier. I conduct most coaching over the phone or the internet.  I establish a very close rapport with all of my clients, even if we never meet face-to-face. My online coaching sessions saves time and money and it works effectively as in-person coaching session. Online coaching has proven to be the most convenient way for individuals to fit coaching into their busy lives.

Yes. I counsel those who seek to discuss their problems. Those who seek a safe and confidential environment to discuss any difficult feelings they encounter. I help clients to explore the way they’re thinking or feeling. And also help to resolve the problem or issue they face.

Counseling is different from Coaching:

Coaching:  future-focused

Counseling:  past-focused.

However, it is necessary to settle the scores of the past in order to become future-oriented. If you are still holding on to your past, I will advise you to seek counseling first, before coaching. You can’t have a successful coaching session if your past still has a stronghold on you.

A few people have the ability to motivate themselves to achieve their goals. Very often, even when we know what we want we find ourselves unable to sustain our motivation. Therefore, the extra edge a coach provides makes a lot of difference. You have a perspective and your perspective is based on how you grew up, your experiences and belief. If you are to coach yourself, are you able to challenge your perspective? Usually, you won’t think of challenging your belief because you have accepted it. And sometimes, this could be a limitation to succeed.

As your life coach, I will challenge your perspective and question some things you take as a given, in such a way that will keep you curious about yourself and that will inspire you to stretch your thinking. The essence of my coaching session is to make you more resourceful to find your own path and be successful in a much shorter time.

Coaching focuses on exactly what you want to achieve and gets you there faster. A life coach listens, encourage, support, motivate you and celebrate your successes. Coaching doesn’t tell you what to do in certain circumstances or how to solve a problem. Coaching focuses on helping you to identify options available to you, that you may not have ever considered. Hence coaching leads you to your own solution.

To me, coaching is about the life you want to create. Therefore, I help you clarify what you want and determine the steps you need to take so you can get it. I keep you focused and through my experience and expertise, I will help you crystallize your vision, develop your plan and hold you accountable to follow the plan you set and to develop your skills so as to ensure you achieve success.

It varies. It takes multiple sessions to create meaningful progress and your level of commitment will equal your level of achievement. A significant change doesn’t happen overnight; therefore how long you need to work with a coach depends on where you are, where you want to go, and how quickly you want to get there. A successful coaching process is usually for a period of six months or more. Most people find coaching more beneficial than they realized and decide to stay on longer than they initially anticipated.

I coach on a month-by-month basis for as long as it is working for you. I always seek to see tremendous improvement in my clients and if that’s not the case, I usually let you stop immediately you feel like coaching isn’t working for you. My coaching plan lasts for one month and it is renewable for as long as you want. Each session takes 60 minutes. You could have 3 or 4 call sessions with me in a month depending on your plan. I love to support you to consistently optimize your performance. Between calls, I encourage you to keep in touch with me via chat or email, asking me questions and letting me know your progress.

I have a series of 1-on-1 or group sessions to help you achieve your goals and become successful in life. Many of my clients are from different part of the world so I do sessions via phone or skype. You can get coaching from the comfort and privacy of your home. I listen with clarity and without passing judgment on what you say.

Typically, I start by asking you what you want and what is stopping you from getting it. This is to get clarity on your current situation or issues, and where you’d like to see yourself in the future (your goal). We will clarify life purpose, and goal. And explore all the possible options in achieving it, using lots of techniques to really extract options that you have never thought of before. We’ll also work to identify key barriers in your life, what areas you’re unhappy with, your frustrations, and struggles.

During the session, I will help you identify and articulate your motivations and desires, and develop strategies to overcome roadblocks. I will encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your ambition. At the end of each session, I will set you tasks and objectives to work on outside of sessions. Then we will recap on the actions set and achieved from the last session and look at general progress and successes. My coaching style is focused on helping you gain clarity in life. To build your confidence and boost your courage to take actions. Actions intended to help you move towards your goals.

If you want a change in your life; whether a change in effectiveness, or a change in quality of life, or a change in direction, or improving your work-life balance. And you are ready to work on implementing it, then coaching is appropriate for you. If you are not happy with where you are and you feel stuck in a rut, then perhaps you might want to try coaching. Coaching could help you get out of frustration and set your life in motion for greatness.

Also, if you want to expand your capacity for creative thinking and action-taking, then coaching might be right for you. Working with a coach means you have decided to succeed and get there faster. As a coach, I can assure you of support, accountability, and structure to achieve your goals.

Yes. Your success is my success, therefore the more quickly you reach your goal, the more successful I see myself. At the end of each coaching session, I will give you very specific action-oriented assignments (action plan). And encourage you to evaluate yourself and see if you have learned something new about yourself or gained clarity on your issues. At the beginning of the next session, you will share with me your self-discovery. And I will assess your progress on the action plan from the previous session. After our work together, we will assess your progress over a longer period of time and identify how you can best leverage what you’ve learned so as to advance in career and life.

Life coaching is a gradual process. However, I do believe you should feel like you’re gaining a bit more clarity on your situation with each progressive session. You should feel like you are getting tremendous value from every single session we have together. You should feel like you’re gaining new awareness about yourself, to enable new actions and new results in your life. Therefore, the moment that’s not the case, you always have the freedom to stop coaching with me.

Yes. Therefore, all discussions with you are kept 100% confidential.

To get the best from life coaching, you need to be highly aware of how your behaviours impact others and situations. If you’re not willing, or able, to objectively look at your own thinking, behaviour, and actions, then you won’t get the best out of coaching. You need to have a positive mindset, stay curious,  learn and keep an open-mind.

I do most sessions via Skype or phone, so you need a computer or phone and good internet connection. You will need a quiet room with no distractions where you can totally focus on the conversation. You need to have the time and commitment to complete the sessions. Also, show dedication by doing the action plan given to you at the end of each session.
